Nancy’s journey in leadership began in 1984 when she embarked on a career with the U.S. Army, where she developed a strong foundation in operations, personnel management, and organizational strategy. After transitioning to civilian service, she expanded her expertise within the Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Federal Railroad Administration, and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Over the years, she has led large teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, implemented process improvements, and provided strategic leadership at the highest levels of government and corporate operations.

Her ability to streamline business processes, optimize resources, and drive operational efficiency has made her an invaluable leader in both the public and private sectors.
