Welcome to Concierge Collaborative, LLC! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our concierge and personal assistant services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

 1. Services Provided - Concierge Collaborative, LLC provides various concierge and personal assistant services, including but not limited to:

  • Business concierge services
  • Personal assistant services for senior adults
  • Individual services, including job interview coaching and resume review
  • Event planning, scheduling, and organizational support

The exact scope of services will be defined in our service agreement with each client.

2. Client Responsibilities - By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service fulfillment.
  • Maintain open communication with our team to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Use our services for lawful purposes only.
  • Comply with any additional agreements or guidelines specific to the services requested.
     
    3. Payments & Fees - Clients will receive invoices based on the selected services, billed either hourly or as a custom service package.
  • Payments must be made within the timeframe specified in the invoice.
  • Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
  • We reserve the right to adjust service pricing with prior notice.
     
    4. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Clients may cancel scheduled services with at least 72 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
  • Refunds are not available for completed services, but credit may be applied for future bookings.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full service charges.
     
    5. Confidentiality & Privacy
  • We respect your privacy and ensure that all client information remains confidential.
  • Sensitive information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
  • Our team follows strict security protocols to safeguard personal and business information.
     
    6. Liability & Limitations
  • Concierge Collaborative, LLC is not responsible for third-party service providers engaged on behalf of the client.
  • We strive for excellence but do not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
     
    7. Termination of Services - We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:
  • A client violates these Terms.
  • There is inappropriate or abusive behavior towards our staff.
  • Payment obligations are not met.
     
    8. Governing Law - These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the state.

 9. Updates to Terms - We may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
